When required, we follow location rules, property policies, and permit requirements, and we prefer to work in cooperation with licensed and authorized partners rather than cutting corners.

All videography and photography services are provided according to the project details agreed in advance. This includes shooting hours, locations, deliverables, and editing timelines. Any additional requests—such as extra shooting time, additional locations, or advanced editing—may require updated pricing. We rely on professional workflows, licensed equipment, and cooperative planning to minimize disruptions during your event. To ensure smooth production, the client agrees to provide accurate schedules, access permissions, and any required information prior to the shoot.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, clients receive non-exclusive usage rights for personal, promotional, or business purposes. This typically includes use on websites, social media, marketing materials, presentations, and internal communication. Raw footage and unedited images remain the property of the production team unless purchased separately. Edited videos, final photographs, and delivered files may not be resold, licensed to third parties, or used for commercial distribution without prior written permission. We reserve the right to use selected clips or images for portfolio, website display, or demonstration purposes—unless the client requests in writing that their project remains private.
Final media will be delivered in standard industry formats suitable for online use and general marketing (such as MP4, JPEG, PNG, or other agreed formats). Delivery timelines are based on project size and will be discussed in advance. After final delivery, files may be stored for a limited period as a courtesy, but long-term archiving is not guaranteed. Clients are encouraged to download and safely back up all delivered materials.
Clients are responsible for confirming that videography and photography are permitted at their chosen locations. This includes obtaining any property permissions, venue approvals, or scheduling access times. If a location has restricted areas, time limits, lighting rules, or sound limitations, the client must provide clear instructions before the shoot. We operate with respect for people, property, privacy, and safety. If a venue requires special insurance, written approval, or on-site supervision, the client must notify us in advance.
Some locations—such as national parks, memorials, federal buildings, and public streets—may require filming or photography permits. Regulations vary by location, and processing times can range from a few days to several weeks. When necessary, we coordinate with clients and licensed professionals to follow the legal process. Permit fees, insurance requirements, and administrative costs are the responsibility of the client. If a permit is denied or not obtained in time, an alternative location must be selected. We do not shoot in restricted or prohibited areas without proper authorization.
Cancellations must be made with advance notice based on the policies discussed prior to booking. Rescheduling due to weather or unavoidable circumstances is allowed when possible, but may depend on availability. In cases where venues close, permits are revoked, or weather conditions make filming unsafe, alternative options will be offered. Deposits or prepayments may be applied to rescheduled dates depending on the agreement.
While we use professional equipment and industry-standard techniques, certain conditions—such as extreme lighting, crowded environments, noise, or limited movement—may affect the final results. Clients should inform us about special effects, restrictions, or expectations before the shoot. We aim to deliver the highest-quality work within the technical and environmental limitations of each project.
