Purpose of the Raffle
The quarterly raffle is created to recognize and reward guests who participate consistently in Aura Business Club events.

Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for the quarterly raffle, participants must attend all Aura Business Club events within the designated three-month period. Attendance must be verifiable through ticket records, check-ins, or club logs. Only individuals aged 18 or older may receive monetary prizes.

Ticket Retention
Guests must keep their entry tickets or digital confirmations for verification. Lost or damaged tickets may result in disqualification unless attendance can be confirmed through the club’s official records.

Raffle Date and Method
The raffle will be conducted live during the final event of each three-month cycle and will also be streamed on Instagram for full transparency. All drawings take place in the presence of attending guests.

Jury and Oversight
A seven-member jury panel selected from attending participants will oversee the raffle process. Jury members must not be related to organizers or Aura Business Club staff. All jury decisions are final.

A total of "5" winners will be selected each quarter:

Prize Collection
Winners must present valid identification and their ticket/confirmation. Prizes must be collected within 30 days of the raffle date. Unclaimed prizes may be forfeited or reassigned at the discretion of Aura Business Club.

Non-Refundable Tickets
Event tickets and raffle entries are non-refundable under all circumstances, including non-attendance, weather changes, or unforeseen conditions.

Changes or Cancellation
Aura Business Club may adjust raffle dates, rules, or prize structures if necessary due to legal, safety, or operational considerations. Any changes will be announced publicly before the raffle is held.

Aura Business Club (ABC) is a multi-purpose administrative and community center and is NOT a reception hall, wedding venue, or catering facility.
The space is designed for professional, educational, social, and business-oriented activities in compliance with city, state, and federal regulations.

With over 11,000 square feet of flexible space, the center includes:

• A multi-purpose main hall with a professional and modern design
• Adjustable administrative and community spaces
• Private rooms for meetings, training, and workshops
• A kitchen area for food warming and cold storage only
• Changing and storage rooms for guests and participants

These facilities support administrative, educational, cultural, and business activities — not food service operations.

• This location is not a catering hall, banquet hall, or restaurant
• No cooking, commercial food service, or professional catering is provided
• All activities must align with administrative, community, educational, cultural, or business purposes
   

Aura Business Club is located in City of Herndon, Virginia, adjacent to the peaceful Spring Street Park.
The area offers convenient access, a calm environment, and suitable parking options for attendees.

• Smoking is strictly prohibited
• Cooking on-site is not permitted
• Food warming and cold storage for prepared items are available
• Basic serving items (plates, forks, spoons, etc.) are available upon request
• Alcohol sales are strictly prohibited

Aura Business Club (ABC) may conduct promotional sweepstakes on a quarterly basis.

• All sweepstakes comply with U.S. Federal law and Virginia State law
• No purchase or payment is required to participate
• Winners are selected randomly
• Total prize value per quarter is up to $3,000
• Full terms and conditions are announced separately for each promotion

• Failure to complete payment may result in reservation cancellation
• Deposits are non-refundable
• Submission of a request indicates full acceptance of all policies
   

• Reservation requests must be submitted at least 20 days in advance
• Aura Business Club reserves the right to approve or deny any request
• The organization is not obligated to provide written or verbal explanations
• Reservation requests may be submitted up to one year in advance
